Established in 1998, GMP Quality Consultants is an independent training and consultancy company working throughout Malaysia. We provide a wide range of training and consultancy services from organization wide Total Quality Strategies to implementation of various Management Systems, Operations & Productivity Management and Human Resource Development.

GMP Quality Consultants has adopted the concept of virtual organization. We work within an interdependent circle developing a group of professionally qualified and skilled trainers and consultants providing value-added services to our corporate clients. At GMP Quality Consultants, we strive to provide our clients with training that is cost effective and affordable.

Non-Obligatory Preliminary Assessment
Before an assignment is accepted, a non-obligatory preliminary assessment will be conducted without charge to determine the client’s needs and to structure the appropriate scope of assignment or training programme.

Competitive Professional Fee
Our fee is competitive and reasonably priced. Programmes can be designed to suit client’s budget. We offer “reduced preferred status rate” to clients for repeat services.

Prompt Services
Assignments accepted shall be attended to promptly and deliverables dispatched on time. Consultants will be at the client’s premises at scheduled periods and will be available on-call whenever the need arises.

Confidentiality
GMP Quality Consultants undertake to ensure confidentiality of information provided by clients are strictly maintained.

No Conflict of Interest
All precautions will be taken to ensure that there is no conflicts of interest with regards to our clients at all times.

Convenience
Assignments will be conducted at clients preferred venues. For assignments requiring extensive period of data analysis,
with consent of clients, data will be downloaded from the client and work from our office to save costs and avoid inconveniences to clients.

Our Methodology
We place emphasis on analysing clients’ needs and problems and providing the appropriate services and advice. Being a
consultancy with sound hands-on experience, we have both the knowledge and skills as well as the know-how to impart.
Our best strength being “in-process consulting” we can help at each stage of the change process by providing training sessions,
coaching clinics through facilitation, reinforcement and idea generation.
